After graduation he moved to Saskatoon to join the practice of Drs. Chaplin, Krueger and Hayes in the Birks Building. That practice is now Drs. Kendall and Wilson.
Dr. Kendall enjoys practicing full scope optometry and enjoys seeing patients of all ages. He also treats and co-manages eye health problems and provides contact lens fitting.
In his spare time, Dr. Kendall is an avid golfer and each spring he can't wait till the snow melts to get on the fairways! The highlight of his career is his hole in one in 2020. Dr. Kendall is a member of the Saskatoon Golf and Country Club.
Dr. Robert Wilson graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with distinction obtaining a Bachelor of Science with a major in human physiology. He went on to study at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science obtaining a Doctor of Optometry degree. He was awarded the Bernell Prize as the top graduate in clinical optometry in his graduating class.
He then returned to Saskatoon where he was born and raised and began his practice. As a member of the Saskatchewan Association of Optometrists he was involved early in his career as a member and eventually head of the continuing education committee. He was also involved in the complaints and mediation process for a number of years.
Dr. Wilson enjoys providing comprehensive eye examinations, treating and co-managing eye health problems and contact lens fitting.
Outside of the office Dr. Wilson was involved in competitive curling. He then switched to recreational hockey, a sport he continues to play. With a life long interest in electronics his other hobbies include: amateur radio, and he flies remotely piloted aircraft systems. He is a member of the Hub City Radio Control flying club and the Radio Controlled Aircraft Flyers club.
